SUPPORT
For hosted clients, most small fixes and amendments that take less than one hour to complete are not usually charged for.
This generally also applies to telephone support.
We are often requested to provide end-user support which is not within the usual hosting mandate. An example would be a user requiring assistance with configuring a mail client, such as Outlook. Within reason we will help where we can as it provides a quicker solution for the user but it needs to be understood that a PC support technicial has more hands-on experience in end-user technologies.
In these situations we prefer direct machine access using TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
ONLINE DATA STORAGE
As a general rule we allow up to 10gB of online data storage (total per domain) to accommodate IMAP users.
We encourage all IMAP users to use auto-delete and auto-archive features to manage server storage bloat.
Server storage surcharges will apply when the 10gB total per domain limit is exceeded.
